Interim answered the phone at the end of a Friday business day many months ago as I escaped from a less than satisfactory rehab facility. They stepped up to provide many many months of 24/7 healthcare and I got to know many, many of the staff -both new and established. Their consistency of care and professionalism greatly contributed to my rehabilitation and recovery from a severe medical situation. I commend them to you as a very professional and obviously caring organization.

Interim healthcare has been absolutely amazing. Katriana was one of the first people I had met, and she is an earthly angel. I have a daily caregiver but katriana comes to see me every Monday even with her busy office schedule. Interim has helped me after a horrible experience with another homecare company. They have been consistent with sending the same people to help with my morning routine, showers, grocery shopping, cooking and they keep my house very clean. I don't know what I would do without Katriana, Jackie or the team at Interim. So blessed to have them.

I was caring for my mother (has some impairment issues) the day after a major surgery and got a call about a tragic death in the family. I had planned to help my mother for 2 weeks, but suddenly needed to leave immediately. Interim Healthcare was able to start working with my mom within hours of me calling them. They saw her twice a day, gave me updates, and put her care as top priority. I was able to be fully present at the other family emergency because my mom was so well taken care of. I’ll forever be grateful for their ability to jump in last minute and give amazing care to my mother. I couldn’t more highly recommend anyone else and we’ll absolutely use them again if something comes up.

Hallie and the team at Interim have been very helpful in caring for my mother. We needed help with relatively short notice, and they were able to staff quickly and reliably. Staff members are consistently kind and caring and detail-oriented. Management is also very responsive when I have questions. Highly recommend!

In mid-October my family found out that my father's cancer had returned, was stage 4 and metastasized throughout his body. At 85 the prognosis was not good. We had only days. The problem is that I work in Scotland while my parents live in Assisted Living in Denver, Colorado. I began my search online for Home Healthcare company that would provide personal caring home healthcare, available 24/7, provide caring services, plus wound care (Dad had two ostomies), while caring for someone with dementia who was afraid, confused, and in pain. I found Interim HealthCare of Highlands Ranch. WOWZA what a great organization. I spoke with Hallie early on Oct 11th. That day she drove north from Colorado Springs to Denver immediately after an appointment to meet with her staff and my daughter to discuss Dad's care. A team of rotating caregivers were in place immediately, sitting with Dad, holding his hand, keeping him warm, his lips moisturized, while talking, and reading his favorite book to him. Interim HC asked if we had messages for Dad. That family & friends could text or WhatsApp messages to say hello, tell stories, express their love, and play his favorite music (The Bridge on Sirius/XM). My mother (83 yo) chose to sing a Sound of Music Song, one of our family favorites. She sent the recording to Catherine (Interim) who played that and Fiddler on the Roof's Tradition for Dad. Afterwards, he squeezed her hand, opened his eyes and smiled, I like to believe he muttered thank you or I love you (thinking Mom was there). This feeling of love, warmth, and swelling in my heart... I couldn't be there in time. Yet Someone was, Someone cared, Someone was kind and giving. That Someone was Interim HealthCare's Hallie (who got her team in place on the same day), Meghan (who played Willie Nelson), Catherine (who played Mom singing), Janeba (who was with Dad and said she felt such peace in those final moments), and more. A final message from Hallie was "we [Interim] are all very honored to have been there and to help make his passing peaceful." A message from Dad’s family and friends… thank you Interim! Thank you for the kind caring warmth you should us and our Dad/Jim/Pappy/Uncle/Grandfather/Brother/Son/Husband… Friend.
