I feel blessed to have this agency taking care of my brother. Three of their caregivers stand out as the best that I have encountered in the health-care profession. Their dedication to the needs of the patient exemplifies the characteristics of a true caregiver. Ms Abby was the first to assist with his care. She demonstrates professionalism at the highest level. Besides her attentive to his needs. I was blown away with her bed making style. Ms.Sarah loves him as if he is her own father. She is never late for work and isn't afraid to work past her scheduled hours if the need arrives. I love how she gets me out of space with kindness. Ms. Genevieve is a master of many skills sets. I am impressed with how she keeps him actively engaged in conversation during her entire shift. She can get him to comply with the plan of care with smooth persuasion. Let me not forget Ms. Septhaine, always working to ensure that the scheduled hours meets my needs.

We have been a Client with Interim Health Care of Columbia for almost two years now. They are certainly a blessing to our family. We have been blessed with Caregivers who gives upmost care to my Mom. They go above and beyond to make sure my Mom is well cared for. Management is definitely a cut above many. They do a great job communication with the family. They are the care company of our choice.

Interim has been really good to work with. Their home health workers have all been kind, patient & caring with my mom. The case manager that coordinates things has done a great job of making sure that there is coverage and we haven’t had any staffing issues.

Very responsive and flexible company. They helped me step by step get my son set up. Genevieve even called my son who is the client and wished him happy birthday. The nurse who comes out is very friendly and lets my kids feel involved. Great company.
