What stands out is how genuinely people are treated here: like individuals who really matter. In a time when so much is automated, one meaningful difference is that when you call this location, a real person in the office answers the phone quickly and is ready to help every time. That consistency can make a big difference, especially for families who may already be feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start getting services set up at home. I love that they have Consumer Directed Services, which is really nice for people who are caring for their loved ones. The level of care they bring to their clients, aides, and families is excellent. Staff take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure people feel supported every step of the way. They often go out of their way to advocate for clients and help make sure they receive the services they need, even when it requires extra time and effort. That kind of reliability and compassion isn’t something you find everywhere!
