This place is dirty. The staff is apathetic. They don't don't answer the phone and don't return calls. They didn't change my mother in law's catheter and she got a uti. They shipped her to the hospital twice without telling us. We couldn't find her. They stole her headphones. They should be sued for negligence and shut down. My mother in law died in the hospital yesterday. She might have lived longer if they hadn't been such awful facility. Shame on Kaiser for sending her there.

The staff and CNAs are generally good and caring, and the food is pretty solid. The TV channels are pretty limited though. I am a resident here, and I've recently experienced hope to return to a normal life for the first time in a year. Thanks to my rehabilitation, I am now walking again. There can be hope for your love ones as well.

If it was a such rating as negative 5, I would rate Inland Valley and it's Administration less than 50! My mother Clariece J. Walker was found unresponsive on 1-18-25 and literally passed while in their custody or while being transferred by EMS or whatever the eventual story the police squeeze out of them! Then on top of that she hadn't been seen by a physician in twenty days prior🤬. How can my family trust the medical records of a company that doesn't even conduct an investigation because they are the suspects! Where is the Coroners report when you need one! 😳🥺🤔🧐😤
