My first time to visit a friend. Staff admitting us for the visit were very welcoming and guided me and my wife to the process of registering for the visit. The staff attending to our friend-a patient, were polite and unobtrusive while carrying out their service to the patient. While the place was quite busy, no one appeared seemed bothered or annoyed but instead maintained courtesy and politeness, which was to us quite impressive. The place appeared well managed, efficient and courteous to visitors.
