We hired In Loving Care LLC over 3 years ago, for our loved one. The care they provided was beyond a 5 Star rating. They showed so much compassion and care and they probably don't even know how much they improved her quality of life. Priceless! The caregivers went above and beyond on a daily basis. In fact, Barbara, the company's president and owner never charged us for a couple of rides to the local grocery store and on 1 occasion we were late coming home and they stayed and waited. And again, no charges were added to our bill. This is when you find out that this care giving company is not just doing it for the money. They genuinely care about their clients and served them well. Our family had no worries and alot of peace of mind with leaving our loved one in their care. I want to thank In Loving Care LLC for all you did for our loved one! Thank you so so much!

Update: after the claims were never processed, we did NOT pursue a hearing before a judge and we paid you. Your confusion shows your ignorance in this whole business. Please stop. Our reviews are honest and hopefully will help others. As executrix of my sister's estate, I am disappointed in the retaliatory comments you have written in response to my family's opinions. I know for a fact my sister's insurance contract would have paid 80% of homecare services. Since the original bill lacked necessary codes and licensing for processing, I pursued getting the proper information and filed numerous claims. After Barbara told me she was not a "medical professional" and could not give me the necessary credentials the claim could not be processed. We all communicated with my sister daily and were there with her more than anyone could or should know, I knew my sister's wishes and needs and in hindsight know that she would not have enlisted services from this company.

If only I knew then what I know now. This company was hired to tend to my vision impaired, diabetic aunts needs. My aunt was told the services would be covered by insurance and ‘In Loving Care’ seemed to have been doing the expected responsibilities. My aunt had expressed the egocentric and critical ways of this caregiver but our family tried to be thankful for the extra set of hands. Assuming she was a medical professional my aunt trusted her but her lack of qualifications came to light after insurance claims were denied. My aunt has now passed and this caregivers short time of aiding to my aunt’s needs has added more stress to my family. She hand wrote hours to be paid and harassed my mom who was the executor. Telling my mom my aunt would still be alive if we didn’t hospitalize her and other hurtful things. She was condescending toward the nurses and my aunts partner too. We paid what she asked even though the times and dates were never registered and seemed quite inaccurate. Her method of record keeping is unprofessional and lack of compassion unethical. I also cared for my aunt so this situation has been quite disheartening. It wasn’t worth our time to fight this person. End of life is difficult enough. This company added unnecessary stress to my aunt and emotional pain to our family. In my opinion, her heart and passion do NOT lie with her clients. UPDATE: As you can see by the owners responses, she is not accountable and very defensive. The “friends” of this company are just being spiteful and vengeful toward what my family shared.

This care giver is the up most honest person, with extremely high-quality experience, she provides excellent care, and truly is a great care giver, who did not take advantage of anyone. The accusations stated by Gina Zirlis, and Frank Rossi are not true, or accurate statements. When a provider renders services, they should be paid, and I firsthand know that she gives the best care and is highly qualified. Also, she provided more services for this client than required, cooking, cleaning, hours of personal care, and sitting with the patient on numerous occasions so her significant other could go to the store or pharmacy for her needs. Not one of her family members, Gina Zirlis, nor Frank Rossi, or their mother, have ever met this provider, or were in attendance when services were provided. Nor did any of these family members assist their sister, or aunt with any of the personal care she required in her final days. Therefore, these allegations are inappropriate, and falsely stated. As far as payment from your aunt’s estate, the amount was minimal, and had to be paid through an attorney from probate, and was granted to the provider by the court, if this is the reason for falsely stating your statements regarding this provider, it is a poor one.
