My experience with Imperial Crest Healthcare Center was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from start to finish, and it often felt like patients were treated as numbers rather than people. Requests and concerns were either ignored or delayed, and getting clear answers was frustratingly difficult. There was a lack of organization and follow-through, which created unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, and important information had to be repeatedly requested. Overall, this facility did not meet basic expectations for patient care, professionalism, or communication. I would not recommend Imperial Crest Healthcare Center to others looking for reliable and attentive care.

0/10 please avoid this place at all costs I’m writing this as someone who watched my best friend and his family go through absolute hell with this place. The level of care here is honestly disturbing. Every time we visited, it felt like no one was paying attention to his dad at all. Basic things like checking on him, repositioning him, oral care, or even just being present were missing. The family constantly had to ask for help or do things themselves, which should never happen in a medical facility especially for someone in such a fragile condition Seeing what they went through was infuriating and heartbreaking. This is not a place I would ever recommend to anyone who cares about their loved one’s safety or dignity.

As a mother and wife, writing this is heartbreaking. My husband was transferred here for subacute care, and it quickly became clear that he was not being properly cared for. We would sit with him for long periods of time, and no staff checked on him, repositioned him, or provided basic care like oral hygiene or suctioning. His room was often dark, his mouth extremely dry, and he showed signs of pain when moved, which was very concerning. My family and I had to step in and do things ourselves that should never fall on family members in a medical facility. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs if i could put a 0 i would

This is hands down one of the worst places I’ve ever seen. The care here is careless and unprofessional. They either don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care. My family and I constantly had to step in and tell them to do the most basic things that should already be part of their job. Instead of helping, their lack of care made my loved one’s condition worse. We spent hours there with no one checking in, no proper care being done, and no sense of urgency at all. It’s scary to think this is supposed to be a medical facility. If you care at all about your loved one’s safety or dignity, stay far away from this place.

0/10 please don't send your family here If you care about your loved one don't send them here. My father was admitted into this facility after his heart attack for long term subacute care. My father arrived to the facility in stable condition and no complications at all, two days later he was back in the hospital. This is due to extremely unprofessional and careless care by staff, including individuals identified as Matthew, Claire, and Rogelio, among others. During multiple visits, I spent hours at a time with my father, and no staff member came in to check on him, reposition him, provide tracheostomy suctioning, cleaning, or perform even the most basic monitoring or care. And whenever you'd ask someone a question they either didn't want to do their job or had no clue what's going on. When I would go and ask the staff to do certain things, I'd find them on their phones watching Netflix and they'd respond with an attitude every single time. Not once did someone make me or my family feel welcome in our visit to my father and only god knows how bad they treated my father when we weren't there. Please avoid this place at all costs.
