Ignite has been absolutely amazing for my grandpa. The assisted living team has been supportive, respectful, and truly caring. They have gone above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable and well cared for. Audrey deserves special recognition for everything she does. She is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help with a smile. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and their well-being. We are so grateful for the kindness and support our grandpa has received at Ignite and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

This place is amazing with wonderful and attentive staff. From their front office with Mrs Gloria , Mrs Hannah to their awesome Nursing and CNA staff. (Highlight the assistant director Mrs Kemp check on me daily and address any concerns I had she is wonderful ). All my Nurses I had where gems ( to many to name ) also my Cna ‘s and if you lucky to have a cna name Mrs Mary you got one of the best . Everyone is so kind and literally take to time to address you by name and willing to assist you if needed . Housekeeping comes everyday and cleans the room. They also does Laundry. Their rehabilitation center and staff is a 10/10 with wonderful staff of the like of Tanner and Ryas and Mrs Shelia . I came in a wheel chair and leaving walking in just a few weeks . They are patient and really know there stuff and target muscle and area that give you the result I’m grateful to have chosen this facility to do rehab and to give my body a chance to heal . They have a Starbucks also which is a bonus points. The facility also allow you to pick a menu that suite you and have transportation to you appointment. The driver is awesome and take great care of you and is on time . Overall I’ll recommend to facility to anyone it definitely a 10/10 all around

This is an excellent facility. From the beginning, I was worried and scared because of all the horror stories I had heard about skilled nursing facilities. We had never experienced one before, so I didn’t know what to expect. A special thank you to the young lady who came to visit us at the hospital. I can’t remember her name, but she was tall, beautiful, and wearing a medical boot herself. Even while dealing with her own injury, she took the time to explain everything about the facility and helped put my mind at ease. When we arrived, the facility was beautiful, and everyone was kind and welcoming. The therapy department was exactly what my grandmother needed and truly helped her progress. When it was time for discharge, the two ladies in social work went above and beyond to help me through the process. Their support meant so much. I’m truly glad I gave this facility a chance. The Google reviews almost scared me away, but I’ve learned that sometimes people only post when they’re upset. Is this place perfect? No. But one thing I can honestly say is that the staff genuinely care, and that makes all the difference.

My dad was send here by devoted medical insurance. He was unattended most the time they didn't take care his basic needs we had to ask to change him several times the food was bad kid portions tasteless the place was dirty bathroom dirty no personal in the night one nurse for one side working but herself. He was miserable and the insurance cover some part now he has to pay more than $9,000 for bad service no rehabilitation the was only 2 times per week and he was left in the gym alone . I don't recommend these place be careful read the reviews we didn't believe them now we regret.Don make the mistake leave your love one here bad experience.My dad had a stroke .

I need a negative star. This place was highly recommended above the Sugar Land location. We decided to drive to Katy even tho we live in Sugar Land. My dad has been there since Tuesday night and it has been awful. No one gives consistent help or assistance, and they sure don't communicate. I was supposed to participate by phone for a care plan meeting for my dad over an hour ago. I left 2 voice mails. I also left 2 voice mails yesterday regarding the poor care my dad is receiving and no one called me yesterday either. I am beyond disappointed. I will be getting in touch with the case manger at the hospital he was transferred from and recommend her to take this location off her list. It's so hard to trust anyone with your loved ones anymore.
