Ida Culver House Ravenna is an independent and assisted living community located in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The community was originally founded by Ms. Ida Culver to create a home for retired teachers and continues to serve residents from Ravenna, Laurelhurst, Wedgwood, the University District, and surrounding areas.
The community offers independent living with optional in-home assisted living services for residents who need support with activities of daily living. Ida Culver House Ravenna provides three meals daily prepared by an in-house chef in a restaurant-style dining room, along with weekly housekeeping and linen services. The community features 90 residences available in studio, two-room studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans, many with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Social engagement and wellness programs are central to life at Ida Culver House Ravenna. The community offers Gardening Club, Tai Chi, current events seminars, and happy hour.
