If I could give 0 stars I would ! They mistreat there residents and only care about money, don’t even give there employees overtime, have left residents alone with no caregiver or nurse with no care in the world.

An occupational therapist named Casey from iCare saw my mother a number of times. After seeing her either in August or early September, her visit notes stated that OT wouldn't help her because she was having cognitive impairment to the point where she wasn't remembering to do safety behaviors. But I only found this out late October, when the assisted living facility showed me the notes in a meeting (Rocky Mountain Assisted Living also failed to communicate this information to me in a timely manner). I called to talk to this therapist to find out why she didn't say anything to me, as it is rather important. She said she had texted me, but the text she sent only said this: "Hi I saw your family member and she doesn't need more OT. I let provider's office know." Seems to me that like this borders on malpractice. Awful occupational therapist, awful company.

They worst on working with clients. They would just stop by with no appointments confirmed. They don't get that their clients have doctor appointments that are confirmed and they need to get to. How rude to be mad that a client has doctors than drop the clients because of them going to doctors. Worthless company.

If you are in need of a Home Health Care Company, this is your place to be. They have an amazing outstanding staff that assist with your needs and offers tremendous services such as skilled and non-skilled services. PT, OT, ST, RN, LPN, etc. They have helped me so much and helped me get back to where I need in life. I have never come across an amazing home health care company until now, and I am so thankful for all the clinicians who helped and assisted me when in need. They offer even to pediatric services as well, which I think is tremendous, especially as this is for everyone, no just specifics. I will definitely recommend this to family, friends, and everyone else I can think of. Please try them out. They won't disappoint you. Thank you, iCare Home Health Agency, for all you do!

This is my second time using this company. I’ve had both my hips replaced and they provided my physical therapy. Excellent care and people. I would highly recommend.
