Brett is very helpful with communication with community. Friendly and welcoming when entering office. Jesse is great with following through with request. This is a clean community which we enjoy.

I’m a real estate agent in MD and I stopped by the Hyde Park office to get information for a client. Both gentlemen, Brett and the manager, Jesse, were very helpful. They gave me all the amenity information and invited me to ride through the park. I must say this is one of the nicest communities I’ve seen on the Eastern Shore. Their amenities are amazing and the community is very well maintained. Great place!

I have lived here 5 years and am still happy with my decision. Sometimes things don't get done to everyone's liking, but you can't please all the people all the time. It's still a swell place for seniors to live and the vast majority of my neighbors are very nice.
