I have been trying to get my Grandmother moved to this facility since early April to be closer to family. We had her current facility send them paperwork and they reviewed it but have not given us an answer. I've called them over 10 times between them and now. That is not counting the times I've called and left messages with the D.O.N and Executive Director. Everytime I speak to someone they flake and tell me someone else will call me and never do. This is very unprofessional, inexcusable and I will be reporting this to other agencies. I cannot imagine you have quality in patient care and family advocacy if you cannot return simple phone calls.

I just did a drop off for a resident here, running into several staff members. One more ignorant and rude than the next! I sure as hell wouldnt trust such miserable people with my family member. The staff broke an item because she was too nasty to tell me where the individual was which resulted in her carelessly handling the items. Then she had the audacity to try switching the blame on me. Soooooo toxic.

HutsonWood staff are amazing! Manoj and Patti went above and beyond for my father and our family. Manoj is an example of a true leader and administrator. He took pride in his job and his heart was in everything he did. He sincerely cares for every patient in the facility. Over the course of my father’s illness, he was in multiple facilities due to his acuity changes and progression of his disease. No other administrator gave my father, or fellow patients, or families the compassion, care and attention that Manoj gave. Manoj wasn’t afraid to jump in and help the patients in what ever way he could, whether it was changing bed pans, or sweeping floors. The staff at HutsonWood all cared for my father like a family member. We are grateful for everything Manoj and HutsonWood did for my father in his final few years. Thank you! With deepest gratitudes - the Gary Bunch family.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the care my mother received. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated genuine compassion and empathy that made a world of difference during a challenging time for our family. Navigating my mother’s declining health was overwhelming, especially being out of state. However, her care team consistently checked in with me and kept me informed about next steps at each stage. Their willingness to help me understand her benefits and clarify required documentation made a potentially confusing process so much more manageable and I felt supported throughout. As her health began to decline, I found myself needing to visit more frequently and I was met with so much warmth and kindness during each visit. Over time, I developed strong connections with the staff, which provided me with immense comfort. More importantly, the staff treated my mother with dignity and respect, and it was clear they truly cared about her wellbeing. They turned a difficult situation into a manageable experience, allowing my family to focus on what truly mattered—spending time with my mother. I don't know what we would have done without their support.
