This company is a good company. They helped with me with a good caregiver. I'm happy with the way I've been treated so far. So I have no complaints. The young lady Kristin came out and she was really nice and she was a s a big help.

My nurse seems like she really doesn't have time for me. She hasn't filled my med planner for a month.i like my weekend nurse. But what's the point of having the one doing the week when she doesn't do what I need her to do. The one I had didn't want to do what was needed to be done. They are lazy.

First they book an appointment and no one shows up. I called and they had no answers and said they'll call the next day. Got the call and they were all over the place. First they said I needed a different doctor to send the referral than called again saying that they couldn't see me. Instead of telling me the truth from the beginning they kept making excuses. They just waste your time.

Working with Kaitlan Holly and the Human Touch Health Care team has been such a rewarding experience. My grandmother had a fall early this year and we were in need of some medical assistance. Kaitlan was quick to offer her help and services and has been so much help throughout this whole process. The Human Touch team has been such a breath of fresh air and they are always offering to do more than what was expected of them. They are all very helpful, supportive and very professional in every way. I would definitely recommend Human Touch Home Health Care to anyone who is in need and looking for an Exceptional Home Health Care Team....
