My husband got discharged from hospital they set us up with this company. I called several time to make sure they knew what he'd need the receptionist was very kind and understanding, when it came to the RN coming out there were no supply for his needs. The RN came in open toe saddles i was like what?? OSHA issue. I'm sorry very disappointed. The lady's we're polite on the phone. But again it could of been the hospital giving incorrect information about my husband's needs. So on to another one.
