Hospice of Nelson County failed our family when we needed them most. My mom was in hospice care in Louisville and when we transfered her to Bardstown at a nursing home we waited for 6 days for them to get with us and it got to the point we had to get the nursing homes hospice to take over. Death doesn't wait so why does a company that vows to do everything they did not do in this situation do what they did!!!! They failed us at a time of grief and pain. Worst experience that no family should ever have to go through. They failed our family and they failed for my mom who was in great need. Horrible experience and a horrible company.
