Horizon Home Health & Hospice was such a blessing to our family. Mom was on their Hospice service & everyone we dealt with was so kind & compassionate. Whenever anyone came for a visit they always spoke directly to her whether she was conscious or not. They were always gentle & respectful. Trinda was with us when mom passed & she was a great comfort.

HHH has taken care of my mother off and on through the years. They have all been amazing in their cats of her. Now that she is going on Hospice they are our 1st choice.

Jenn Stahl, R.N. repaired my leg abrasion following many failed attempts at other medical facilities. We've had multiple home visits by more than ten various medical professionals from Horizon. We've found none questionable and all are welcome into our home. They make later life living more bearable.

Horizon Hospice has been such a blessing during my mom's last few months; there are not enough kind words available to express our thanks and affection for our team, especially mom's nurse Cheryl. They have helped us navigate all the unfamiliar and frightening aspects of end of life care for someone who we loved so very much from providing skilled nursing, caregiver support, and vital resource connections, all with compassion and understanding when we needed it most. Thank you for helping us keep Mom home and for helping us walk her home with dignity. We will never forget the ways you've blessed us.

My experience with my home health care providers, was Fantastic I truly enjoyed each and every one of them, they helped me overcome some of my fears, of trying to walk, I truly felt Scott had my best health interest in mind with each visit and plan as I am doing so much more every day than just sitting here and not putting my best into every day, so I cannot Thank Scott enough for his hard work. I also want to Thank you to the rest of the group for working with me and my crazy schedule you all deserve a giant hug from me. Have a Great Day.
