I am 78. It was arranged for me to receive after care from Horizon after a short hospital stay. The two therapists who came for home visites were Great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Communication about appointments was good. Accommodating when changes needed to be made. Always prompt. Information and exercises were appreciated and effective. Thank you to all responsible for my care.

My husband had been hospitalized with DKA in the VA ICU for several days. When he was discharged, the VA had requested care for him from Horizon Home Health. He was first visited by a nurse & physical therapist to determine his needs, then had several visits each from the nursing staff and physical therapists until they felt he was able to take care of his insulin independently and was gaining strength as well as improved balance. Each staff member was knowledgeable, efficient and kind as they performed what was needed by my husband. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home health care.

Words are inadequate to express my gratitude to the dear people at Horizon. Without exception the staff showed deep compassion for my little sister and for me as her caregiver. I am deeply grateful to two nurses in particular, Erin and Keira. Erin cared for us for several days. Her medical knowledge, professionalism and take-charge spirit paired with deep tenderness carried us through an unspeakably difficult time. Keira was with us in the dark night of my little sister’s passing. It is impossible to adequately express my gratitude to her. Our Erin and our Keira, how I thank God for you. May God reward you for your compassion and tenderness and for choosing to use your medical skills to help us through such a dark valley. Cassie’s Aftercare had the same touch of kindness. Thank you! They did such a great job for my dad. Tracy was absolutely amazing! She was kind, caring, knowledgeable and just a blessing to have caring for my dad. He passed on 1/10/26 and Tracy came in on her day off to do all of the paper work and get him ready for transport to the funeral home. We just love her and she definitely deserves a raise!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻

I have had two back surgeries in the last 3 years. Both times I had in home physical therapy with Steve. This man is a 10/10 as a human & therapist! His assistant Reagan who also came to my house periodically was an 11/10!!!! Her demeanor, her knowledge, her heart- I feel like her energy just cheered me up always! One more thing that was HUGE to me was that both Steve & Reagan loved on my dog & she sure loved them back! Highly recommend Horizon!
