Great staff, decades of experience and they take nearly every insurance in Utah. I have seen them take care of loved ones and have seen them go above and beyond time and time again. Great group of nurses, aides and physical therapists.

I had back surgery in May and was very nervous about the healing process. Horizon came to my home and I had Physical Therapy from Johnathan in my home until I was ready to do out patient with him as well. The physical therapy was hard but I know it helped me get more strength and flexibility that I didn't have before. Without help and encouragement from Horizon Home Health and Jonathan I know wouldn't be where I am today. I will defiantly will you Horizon Home Health again!! Thank you for helping me get better faster.
