Hope Care Center

Hope Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Kansas City, Missouri, dedicated to serving HIV-positive residents. It provides a supportive, medically supervised living environment tailored to the specific health needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

The center operates as one of four affiliated organizations that together make up the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City. This network of agencies works collectively to support people affected by HIV/AIDS in the Kansas City area.

Through its association with the AIDS Service Foundation, Hope Care Center is connected to a broader continuum of care that includes case management, mental health counseling, transportation assistance, emergency assistance, and prevention and education programs for at-risk populations.

Fellow member organizations within the Foundation provide primary medical and dental care, behavioral health counseling, and HIV testing and prevention services in both English and Spanish, as well as comprehensive housing solutions designed to help individuals living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS lead stable, healthy lives with personal dignity.

Funds raised through the AIDS Service Foundation support the range of services offered across these organizations, including food, shelter, and medical care for the diverse communities affected by HIV/AIDS in Kansas City, along with public education efforts about HIV infection.
