I’ve been in healthcare for close to 30 years I have worked for many agencies, Homewell so far has been the most rewarding for me not only as I have some pretty amazing clients, but working for Mark and Caitlin has been awesome and I can’t say enough great things about them and the company as a whole. No matter the what concerns I may have they are always eager to guide me through anything. So far Caitlin especially, she is not only first and foremost looking out for every client but she also looks out for her employees as well. My only regret with working for Homewell is that I didn’t apply sooner. My schedule is always full and I must say I feel like all of my clients have been hand selected and perfectly matched with me as their caregiver. Thank you all for allowing me to make a difference in the lives of others each and every day.

Where to start...My 84-year-old mother was in need of companionship, personal care and assistance with household chores, and I was not able to do it all on my own. I was put in contact with HomeWell Care Services in Beverly Farms, MA by the VA. My mother is an army veteran. My mother was not at all inclined to meet new people or have "strangers" in her home but she also knew that I needed some extra help, helping her so she agreed "to try it out". We first met with the owner, Mark and mom was impressed with his politeness and knowledge and thorough explanation of the program and resources. Then we met Joanne and Kelly, mom's Caregivers. They hit it off immediately. Joanne & Kelly are both patient, respectful of my mother's time and personal space, engaging and they have a wonderful way of making their conversations about my mother. Joanne & Kelly are both able to bring out a happier side of my mother. They visit, make or help my mom make meals, go for walks, (Kelly walks with my mom to a weekly chiropractor appointment in the medical building next door) and do some homemaking tasks wth my mother to keep her active and engaged. When my mother wants to rest, both Joanne and Kelly will do household chores that my mother cannot do or cannot do on her own: empty the trash daily, vacuum carpets and wash the other floors, dust, fill/empty the dishwasher, refill the refrigerator with beverages and snacks, etc. Both Joanne and Kelly bring my mother little gifts to brighten her day; flowers or a halloween pumpkin or a Christmas ornament. Both women are exceptionally thorough and diligent with leaving me notes/messages so I know what and how my mother is doing when I am not there and they advise me immediately of anything that may need my attention or action. In addtiion to the Care Givers, I have interacted with Caitlin, who manages my mothers case and Care Givers, and she is always prompt with her responses to my questions, moms needs as well as communicating well and timely if/when there is a scheduling issue/change. Caitlin and Mark did an exceptional job listening to me and my mom with regard to my mom's needs, likes, dislikes, etc. and then matching mom with the perfect Care Givers. I knew mom was still able to live independently with some help but also knew I couldn't care for mom alone. Joanne and Kelly and the HomeWell team have been a God-send and have allowed mom to continue to live independently and have given me peace of mind when she is in their care.

We were fortunate to have HomeWell working with us to provide care for my parents for over two years including my mom's time in hospice. We met a number of wonderful caregivers but Michele, Virginia, Solange, Briana,and Claudine, always went above and beyond for my parents and made a very difficult time easier because we knew my parents were well cared for when we couldn't be there with them. They provided excellent care. We are very grateful.

HomeWell Care Services has been taking care of my brother at home for several weeks now and we are all so grateful for all the help and comfort they bring. Yirgalem, his care giver, has been outstanding. She is so thoughtful and kind to him. She really works hard and brings her knowledge and skills to make certain my brother is well cared for. I live in another state so it’s important that I have confidence that his care is top notch and consistent and that’s what HomeWell and Yirgalem delivers. My experience with HomeWell was for end-of-life care for a family member. When the time comes for such a need, emotions are high, clear thinking becomes foggy and decision making is so much harder. The HomeWell team were amazing in supporting all areas and went far beyond what might be expected today. They were confident, capable and compassionate to all of us. I support their good work, still think of their kindness during such a difficult time and recommend them without hesitation.
