My mom was in hospice in September, October and early November 2025, and I needed care for her while I was at work. Homewatch did a good job locating caring caregivers. During the final days, I was blessed to have experienced caregivers to stay with my mom at night who made her final hours more comfortable and let me know when the time was close. They were an important support for me and my family.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional work Mandy and team do. I've been fortunate to work with Mandy in supporting both of my parents, and under challenging circumstances including COVID, caregiver shortages, and an (at times) noncompliant patient. My Mother and Stepfather have been receiving care for the past few years from Homewatch CareGivers of Chapel Hill. I, nor my siblings live in town and when it came time to have to get extra help for them in the home, my Mom and her husband had concerns and I did too honestly. Well, no one needed to worry. The caregivers from Homewatch have been wonderful. When I visit my Mom, I see that their caregivers are not only doing their job, but are truly fond of my Mom and Stepfather. There are several of the women that I feel like are part of our family. It definitely gives you peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are well taken care of.

I can't recommend Homewatch CareGivers enough!! My mom and step dad live in the Independent living section of Carolina Meadows, in Chapel Hill. My step dad has Parkinson's disease and my 91 year old mother can't do everything herself. I live in Charlotte and it gives and I am 100% confident that they are in great hands when I am not able to be there. My mom was very resistant to getting home care, but Anzor and the team made the transition very easy. The office staff is highly responsive at all hours of the day and are very compassionate and understanding. The care givers are wonderful and more importantly, CONSISTENT! They have become like family for my mom and she often tells me that her friends are jealous of the quality of her care givers compared to what they get from the facility. My mom likes to play board games and since my step dad can't do that anymore, they have taken the time to learn how to play them with my mom. I don't know what we would do without them. I highly recommend them if you have any home care needs in the Chapel Hill area
