I had 2 surgeries back to back in march. Was put on a woundvac for healing. So I was provided with a home care nurse. I've been off the woundvac and healed for many months now . But i was just randomly thinking about the homecare nurse I had. Her name was Ada. I was thinking about how sweet and wonderful she was ! Usually people probably dread appointments . I am one person that doesnt like doctor appointments and always get anxiety when I go to them . So you would think I would get anxious whenever my homecare nurse came by to check up on me and change my wound dressing. At first before i met my homecare nurse i was nervous and anxious but after the first and 2nd visit from her and talking to her and getting to know her a little my anxiousness completely went away ! She was so friendly and sweet and made me feel comfortable. If I ever needed homecare again I would 100% request her again (if I was allowed to lol) I got really lucky with being assigned to Ada! She helped me heal really well and I could definitely see that she really cares about her patients and caring for them. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. And every time my wound healed more and looked good and had good improvements compared to the previous visit, she was so excited and proud . And I loved that ! One time she needed off on one of the days she was supposed to come to my house so they sent a replacement nurse instead (which is nice that they do that) but the nurse that replaced her that day (who is another one of their homecare nurses that sees other patients) looked confused alot . She didnt know what she was doing at all. When she saw that I had a woundvac and needed the dressing changed (which isnt as simple as a regular dressing) she didnt really know what to do ! I literally had to guide her through how to do it . And I was shocked. why would they send a nurse to change a woundvac dressing if she didnt know how to ? She was nice and all but she definitely didnt know what she was doing (I dont remember her name, but even if I did I wouldnt throw her under the bus now) she made a comment how shes been a homecare nurse for so an so amount of years . I dont remember how many but it was ALOT OF YEARS . like around 20. And I thought to myself . You've been a nurse that long and you dont know how to change my woundvac dressing ? Weird.. but anyway my point of bringing that up was because it really made me appreciate Ada even more for how smart and amazing of a nurse she is and how lucky I was to have her!! Not sure if she still works there or will see this or be told about this review)but your company should be very grateful to have Ada. She is one of a kind. And you're very lucky to have her and I hope she is appreciated and compensated properly for how great and special she is! Because she is worth A LOT! I think about her often and I miss her!!! Which goes to show how much of a positive impact she makes and not just to me but to everyone she cares for .

I had an excellent experience with HomeCentris Healthcare through Grace Home Health. My home health aide, Skytrina, was truly exceptional. She provided outstanding care with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail at every step. Beyond her overall support, Skytrina brought genuine warmth and kindness into my home. We shared many meaningful conversations, and she struck the perfect balance of being absolutely professional while also being a supportive, friendly presence during my recovery. Her care made a real difference in my comfort and peace of mind. I am deeply grateful for the quality of care I received and would highly recommend HomeCentris Healthcare and Grace Home Health to anyone in need of home health services in the Maryland, Washington, DC, or Fairfax area. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family who need trusted, compassionate home care.

The Owings Mills location is a Terrible agency ! Do not trust them to care for your loved ones , they are very inconsistent , the staff is rude and they don’t take accountability for any of their wrong doing . They have left my grandmother without coverage multiple times and even broke her property .Save yourself the stress !

Provided my mother in Harrisburg with terrible service. Did not pay the caregivers and did not communicate with my mother. I opened an investigation with Department of Health, Area on Aging, Dauphin County Human services and UPMC. Beware of poor service!
