Hires us as a landscape company and yes we were part of the issue but never met initial for walkthrough to tell us initially what was needed expected us to show up and just know everything they wanted done without explaining it. Tried adding vine removal off of the buildings to a lawn maintenance contract without ever asking. After our crews spent an entire day cleaning up their last landscapers neglect all tenants said it looked the best it ever has and then the workers still tried to find something to complain about adding things to scope that were never discussed. Lack of communication on both our end and their end led to unknown scope and expectations that were not able to met but all could of been avoided if someone at property walked with our crew during initial estimate which is common practice for companies that way they can point and show you exactly what is needed and wanted done because the workers are on that property every day and we are not. Hopefully they meet and walk with the next landscaper so they can find a good relationship with a contractor long term there because it’s a beautiful property with potential. Again lack of communication on both ends with scope of work was the real cause for issue.
