Home Instead provided care for both of my grandparents before their passing. The caregivers were amazing and my grandparents LOVED all of them like family. My grandma had Alzheimer's before her passing and the caregivers treated her with such respect and helped her feel dignified until her last day. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone that is in need of care.

I do not recommend Home Instead. The staff are not trained to care for people with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. They can clean, but no assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, eating, drinking, etc. Since 5/20 they have just cleaned and then sat on couch on their phones. They count the tv running in background as activities with the client. My mother has declined since they began providing care 1 month ago. It is critical we get her moved to a Care Facility and they are unwilling to work with us and are requiring they be paid for an additional 2 weeks of care. Apparently part of the contract her 80 yr old husband signed when setting up with them. This puts a financial strain on families needing immediate change in care. Their unwillingness to consider the emergency situation results in paying for 24 more hrs of their services plus the fees for a care center- move in fee $1,500 + $5,700 per month, +deposit for memory care facility. No sympathy for human struggles or hardships. Dave Parke and the care coordinator are heartless people and I believe will get their due reward in life for their treatment of others (karma). I would avoid this provider.

SUPERB CARE! Home Instead West Jordan provides superior services to me and my family. The caregivers are extremely well trained, friendly, and truly care about providing outstanding companionship. They are always on time and responsive to my requests. They have helped me maintain an excellent lifestyle! I would highly recommend the Home Instead West Jordan services to anyone who wants a better life!

Over the years this Home Instead franchise has cared for both my grandpas until they passed. They both received excellent care. The caregivers are kind, patient and great to work with. I would highly recommend this franchise to anyone looking for some help with their loved ones. Excellent service!

This is a wonderful company. They provided care for my late grandpa, and currently for my grandma who has dementia. The caregivers are loving and empathetic, and their management is accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of care for their loved ones!
