Home Instead is topnotch. Nancy and Jason were excellent in setting up a care plan for my wife Linda who has alzheimer's. The care givers were patient and caring. A special notice to Sandy for her loving care . I would highly recommend Home Instead for anyone needing in home care

Highly recommended!!! Karina and Phyllis did an amazing job with my mom, Mary. She has dementia and was not easy to deal with. Both the care team and Jason were very helpful and understanding when she would kick them out or not let them in. They learned how to get her to do what was needed and redirect her. It was not easy for them and we knew it. They gave us piece of mind knowing she had company and was safe while they were in the home. They were also kind and chatted with her like friends which made her feel good as well. They even made the effort to bring her treats when they came to help smooth over their entry into the home. The service is worth the expense!

Home Instead has cared for my wife for nearly a year and I couldn't be happier. I've been using their service from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm for 5 days a week. The care and personal attention given to my wife by Dee & Linda was so very important, and they did not disappoint. Whenever I had the need to call or stop by the office, I was always welcomed whether I met with Sara, Bethany, or Alicia. If something was on my mind, they took care of it. I understand that a stellar recommendation will always be subject to one's own personal opinion, and that is fine. In my opinion, Home Instead and the entire team do a wonderful job. I would highly recommend their services.

We have been extremely pleased with the entire Home Instead team and experience since day-1. They have been timely, professional, and very thorough in daily recaps (via shared portal) of supporting our family member. Their communication on phone and emails is also greatly appreciated. Our needs may be more extensive than most, but none of these types of in-home care is cheap when you account for daily support. Regardless, we looked at other local in-home care providers and again, we believe we made the right choice with Home Instead. Best of luck to all-
