Our family is incredibly grateful for the care our father, Hobart Powell, recieved from Home Instead before he passed away January 27, 2026. During a very difficult time, their caregivers brought comfort, dignity, and compassion into his home. Will and Barbara were especially wonderful. They were attentive, kind, and truly took time to know Dad as a person. Faith, family, and friends were always the cornerstones of his life, and it meant so much to us that he was treated with such respect and genuine care. Home Instead gave our family peace of mind, and we will always be thankful for the support they provided.

I’ve used Home Instead transportation services on & off for the last 10 years, mainly for hospital procedures that require a driver person for picking you up, waiting @ the hospital then taking you home after the procedure. Great customer service. I’ve primarily dealt with Donna, my go to contact person she’s very knowledgeable, & helpful. She makes the whole experience stress free.

Donna York at Home Instead helped us navigate the complexities of providing caregivers for my mom and dad. She is simply amazing! She is kind, considerate, extremely patient and professional. We could not have gone through this exhausting and confusing experience without the flexibility and patience that Donna provided. This is a wonderful company, with kind and caring people.

I have had the most positive experiences with Home Instead Senior Care. My family was in desperate need of a support team for an ailing family member. The office staff was very understanding of our needs and wishes. They quickly provided care. Started within hours of completing the consultation. The caregivers we received were all well trained and we could tell they take pride in their work. We did have one caregiver that just wasn’t a good personality fit and the office immediately had them replaced. They were with us until the end and we cannot praise their work enough. We will definitely be using their service again when the time arises.
