A finite change from a previous care organization was a pleasant surprise in the transition to this organization. My caregiver is excellent, and I wouldn't want a new person in the long run; she has been outstanding for over a year/5 days a week (Kenna).

Home Helpers has been my homecare agency for a year now & I cannot recommend them enough. I require help twice a day everyday & they have provided excellent care. Nancy & everyone else in the office are very kind, empathetic, & communicative. They give you access to their schedule so you know which caregivers are coming & at what time. I've had such a good experience with them! With Home Helpers, you are in good hands.

Home Helpers has been a lifesaver in time of need. My father started hospice about eight weeks ago. The hospice team was wonderful in providing palliative care for my father, but we needed more help than what hospice provided. We called Home Helpers, and they showed up the same day to do an evaluation. The helpers started the next day. Rochelle, MaryJo, and Kristi provided excellent help, with two hours of help in the morning, two hours of help in the evening, and even came on the weekends. They helped make a difficult situation better. They were always on time, provided help caring for my Dad, and comfort for my Mom. As a whole, the Home Helpers were excellent. I have recommended them to others who could benefit from a little extra help at home.

We love our caregiver! We're blessed to have Stacy with us 5 hours a day for 4-days a week and a couple of hours each weekend. She is amazing - sweet and kind, a hard worker, and a self-starter (she finds things that need to be done before even being asked!). Thanks, Home Helpers, for having such great people for those of us who need the extra help!

We would like to thank Home Helpers for their help in our home. Marilyn Grace, an employee, has been helping us for over a year. We appreciate all her help in taking care of my Husband. She is very knowledgeable in taking care of our needs. I would also like to thank Sasha Nielson who has had helped us on occasion.
