A dear friend, that is rated “critical care”, gets inexperienced aides up to four times a week, that end up spending the day on their butts pouring their hard luck stories to my friend. Plus the office staff doesn’t support the client when the aide continually show up late, 15 minutes to an hour late and cry to the office because the critical care client is upset when they finally arrive. My friend is totally dependent on this agency and it really matters that aides arrive at the appointed times. I am simply stating the facts. There have been some really good aides, but for some reason the office sends out all the new untrained people who don’t or are not physically capable of doing the job.
