Do not consider being a patient homebound through this organization. Please consider using some other organization for at home health care! Their nurses and especially their upper staff are bullies. They will not document the correct way for insurance purposes. Nicole nursing supervisor, Mindy therapy supervisor , and Rachel oversees both therapy and nursing are completely ill-mannered! All phone conversations with me were recorded! NICOLE, MINDY, and RACHEL will talk to you in way that will make you feel lesser then them! They will use any red flag whether you have a doctors appointment WIC APPOINTMENT or not or if you have a stomach bug to report back to Insurance that you missed or we’re not available and that you were actually not qualified for their homebound care. So please take it from me as I am a respectful local business woman! Steer clear from this facility for homecare! As I am 34 years old homebound in wheelchair with 4 young children at home and I have a severe condition of MS, and if they treated me like how they’ve treated me, there’s no telling how they treat the elderly!
