Conscientious care for our 91 year old mother about to pass. All the staff from the front door greeting, admission office, business office, cafeteria and housekeeping not to mention all the wonderful CNA’s, and nurses went over and above what I’ve seen in the state where I live south of here. Everyone just seemed to be on standby for how they could help next. Wow!

Poor experience placed catheter in my husband and it wasn't even in his bladder. This set up infection and I removed him from there only after a few days. They didn't keep him clean either

I have a family member who has been there for 8 months. We had assumed he would receive thorough showers. For the first 10 weeks he received no showers despite asking daily. Today I found out that his shower consisted of a shampoo and shoulder wash. It was at that time that he had a towel tossed in his lap and was told he was done and to hurry. They get a 1 star only because I cant do negative number ratings
