This adult family care is on Fremont Ave! Please be careful that you are critiquing the correct facility. The care my mom was given over the last 2 years of her life was EXCELLENT! Be careful when finding a home for your senior. My brother and I inadvertently went thru 2 poorly managed ones. Hillwood is the complete opposite. I'm a Certified Medical Assistant and know good care from mediocre, and that's why mom moved several times prior. All 6 patients were very happy, upbeat, and interactive under their care by Kate and Ivan. My moms health improved substantially with their nutrition, weekly activities, and daily interactions. We were notified asap if mom developed a new symptom, and Ivan always accompanied my mom to the hospital until I could arrive no matter the time of day or night. My 5 star review is given sincerely after 2 years of close observation and my moms conversations with me.
