My husband and I were invited to eat Thanksgiving lunch with my sister-in-law, DeDe Potter. The staff is always so nice and friendly. They seem like one big happy family. We were amazed that DeDe knew everyone’s name in the entire place. We were treated like family also. Thanks for all you do and I hope you all have a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year. By the way, the food was so delicious. Best turkey I’ve ever had. Nancy and Mike Potter

We had an awful experience with this facility. I am a nurse so I do understand the daily stresses of working in healthcare, particularly LTC and rehabilitation. The staff here were rude, avoidant and dismissive when attempting to address issues and concerns with our family member, who was there for therapy. No one in the facility could tell me how much therapy he was actually receiving including the Administrator, DON, ADON nor the Charge nurse on the floor. Post stroke is a critical time for Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, and Speech therapy for EACH and EVERY patient and should be treated as such. Turning a total care patient is also vital to prevent bed sores. This is the very basics of patient care. Our family member came home with 2 bed sores on the bottom and a few along the sides of the foot. I do NOT recommend this facility.

My mother has lived there for more than a year. I have found the care she receives to be excellent! Many thanks to the hard working staff! 😇
