Most of the staff is great, especially therapists, some of the nurses clearly are in the wrong place and feel duties are beneath them, one in particular will not see to my prescribed medication. I have asked, she has been told by medical staff- no response. I find it sad she tarnishes the reputation if so many caring employees here.

The interaction between the staff and residents is amazing. You really see how they care for each other. Hilltop Village is Amazing. The receptionist, Tabitha, makes you feel welcomed from the beginning. Everyone bends over backwards to help you. Highly recommend Hilltop Village for rehabilitation or if you need more long term help.

Hilltop has such a great staff- when it comes to the nursing staff, therapy, administration. You can tell that everyone truly cares about their residents as soon as you walk in the facility.
