I really enjoyed and benefitted from therapy here at The Highlands Health and Rehabilitation. They made sure I received the service that I came seeking for, and treated me with respect without any reservation. I give therapy 5 stars. Thanks T. Woods

I had a family member recently there whom we took home not to long ago this was our experience. Throughout the week if we had pheanetra or Cynthia all we got where bad attitudes when asked to do anything!!!! My family member expressed they where very rough with her when changing or giving a bath and she said they would gossip and talk when doing so and would talk about this one white girl vaunda sooooo bad but anytime I asked caunda for silverware or anything like that she was always very nice and sweet to me she was usually only there on Fridays Saturday and Sundays when I wpuld come visit my loved one. You could tell she genuinely cared for what she did and always tried to make us feel at home she once walked in to answer a light and I was sitting in the way I said let me move out of the way I'm just all in your way and her words where it's okay I can work around you when yall are here this is your home and I am in your space which I thought was very kind because we e not many people feel that way about it second the food was horrible my love one recieved a very undercooked burger or alot of time very little of anything where on the trays and what was there was just disgusting looking. The pt staff where very very friendly along with wound care they always addressed any concerns along with nurse desiree she was absolutely wonderful and caring if her aid was busy desiree would take care of whatever along with always being so professional and kind when addressing any concerns we had most of the staff where pretty wonderful to be honest except Cynthia and pheantra their attitudes belonged in the trash I don't know where they got those two from but they definitely don't need to care for others loved ones of they can't be kind and gentle and all it takes is one bad egg to spoil the bunch I hated walking in and seeing that my family member had them I tried not to stay long if they where their because I know me and I didn't need to act up in somewhere that was caring for my loved one due to their nasty attitudes and I didn't really want to say anything because I didn't want it to fall back on my loved one but now that they aren't there I xan finally speak about the experience overall your loved one will be pretty well taken care of in a well rounded way as long as they don't have them and you make sure to bring them something to snack on and eat.

I have a friend that became ill suddenly. It was difficult for most and though hopeful after getting out the hospital she would return home that wasn’t how it went. However her husband choose this location and I have to say, every time I have visit it’s clean, the air is fresh, and the people are amazing. It’s hard to see her sick but at least we know she is taken care of with exceptional love, and medical care.

I want to recognize Yohana for doing such a great job in the office. She is always professional, answers calls, and makes sure things actually get taken care of. She doesn’t just sit behind the desk—she comes out on the property and handles business. You can tell she really cares about doing her job right, and I truly believe she would do amazing running her own property one day.
