My sister in law is a new patient at Highland Park Health Care in Okmulgee. She was at Brookdale Assisted Living in Broken Arrow before coming to Highland Park. She received great care at Brookdale over the past two years and my wife and I had some concern about her care having to leave Brookdale. We are SO THANKFUL AND IMPRESSED with the care Kim is receiving at Highland Park Health Care in Okmulgee, OK. From the office personnel to all of the personal care providers, Highland Park is full of kind, patient, helpful, loving people. We are grateful. Patrick & Annis Kernan

Ruth just wants to let everyone know she had the best care while she was in the facility and after her surgery if need be she will be back. She loves everyone and thank you so much!

Both of my great-aunts stayed here for rehab. The therapy team were kind, knowledgeable and created positive outcomes, allowing them to regain function and return home. They coordinated home health, made sure the appropriate medical equipment and medications were set up at the time she went home. I would highly recommend the therapy team and Highland park for your skilled nursing needs.

I just got transferred from another facility. The first thing my family & I all noticed, was how clean it looks. It smells so good. Most days I clean my plates. Food is good. Cooks are good. They have an alternative for every meal. They come to each resident & lets us choose which things we want. I just got my first shower. I was impressed by how clean & nice the shower was. So far I am enjoying my stay here. I would recommend HYLAND PARK MANNER anytime.

My step mom Joan is currently there. Don't believe the negative reviews, this place is clean and the staff is great. My 11 year old said I love this place, bingo 2x a day and board games! The physical therapist are amazing, super polite and have a passion to help people get better. It's also used as a skilled nursing facility which is how we started. After seeing how nice the place is no doubt we will stay for long term care when needed! I also tested the staff and left $8 on my mom's side table and it was never touched. I think it's a safe spot!
