My father spent 31/2 years there. I was happy with the clean, and the lack of smell. I only had a two issues with my father's care. Both times the office took care of the problem. I would use them again.

This place is wonderful. My stepfather has been here almost a year. They have taken such great care of him. My mom is there at least twice a day and he is always in great shape and they never know when she will be there. The staff always goes above and beyond. I have been here everyday for the past three days 2 or 3 times a day and the residents always look great and well cared for. I truly appreciate the support they are giving my mom and stepfather while he’s making his final trip home.

When I moved my dad here I didn't read reviews. So many negative post out there and you never know if it was a disgruntled employee or just unrealistic expectations not met. Well there really needs to be a 0 stars option. I gave this place a chance with my father. He was there less than 2 month's and in that short span of time he declined so fast. I can't even tell you how many calls I recieved that he had fell. He was sent to the local hospital several times. Had to get stitches on his forehead because they say he lost control of his wheelchair and ran into a wall. The last visit to the hospital he arrived with a severe UTI and was completely non-verbal. During the short time he was there he lost almost 40 pounds. He was moved to another facility straight from the hospital and past away within the first week. It was stated that he may have had a severe stroke that went un-noticed. He was in the Alzheimer's wing there at Fountain View during his short stay it was darn near impossible to even get them to answer a phone call. They made it very hard to even communicate with your loved one which is a major RED FLAG. They were very short staffed you could tell that by just walking in the door. His nurse I have to say was very sweet and did communicate with me when she had time but she did have other patients. I believe she did the best she could but she is only one person and that wasn't enough for him or anyone who needs that type of care. When I went to pick up his very few belongings the day he moved 80% of his stuff was not found but they did try to give me other people's clothes even women's shirts. They never found his teeth either. Very disturbing and so many others are still there with absolutely no visitors! Makes me lose sleep thinking about it. Just please if your loved one is there check on them daily! Ask questions and talk to the other resident as well. Be a voice for those who don't have one. Make sure their needs are met and they are getting personal hygiene performed. I had to ask every visit when was his last bath or shower. I am now finally getting caught up with everything since my father's passing and getting all my phone call logs and statements from hospital and all documents together. I will be filing it all with the state and I habe contacted the Oklahoma Obudsman and made request for all the residents there who may not have anyone in hopes someone will be a voice for them and make sure their personal rights are being met. I don't want anything out of it but may be filing charges as well. I just want them to be held accountable for their actions or lack of. I want to know other people's loved ones are being cared for properly and with the respect they deserve.

This visit made me feel more comfortable than past visits. I experience high anxiety when I have to visit my grandmother (JMM) because I am afraid of her being mistreated since she is blind, can't move, and just laying in the bed. A couple of years ago, I went in and asked for her room. A couple of nurses scurried around and told us to wait, that they were just getting ready to clean her up. That was not acceptable. I followed them and stood outside the door. My grandmother smelled awful and had severe bed sores on her body. This visit, she looked a lot better and feel that they were taking better care of her. If I lived closer I would visit more often. When a loved one is in the care of others, on a daily basis, they should be taken care of as if it were their own family. I may not see how she is being taken care of but I know someone who sees everything. He knows how people treat others. I pray they are taking care of her and everyone else very well.
