My aunt has been here a few years and it is always clean, the staff is friendly, and there are so many activities for the residents. Safe and well taken care of is a blessing that she deserves.

My mom has only been at St Mark/ Highland Lakes for two weeks and I can't say enough about how happy we are that we chose this facility. Cindy was the first person we encountered when touring the facility. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel better when explaining how assisted living would improve my mom's life style. Mo has kept my sister and I apprised of my mom's health issues and needs. Amy at the front desk has gone out of her way to help with some of our needs and or concerns. Mike in maintenance has also been very helpful. The whole staff is so attentive and friendly. I wish I knew the names of the whole staff because they all deserve cudos. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone 100 percent!!! Vic, the director, is very approachable and very helpful as well. Undoubtedly a 5 Star residence.

I never dreamed my mom could be happy any place other than home. We were so lucky to find Highland Lakes. It is clean, the food is great and the caring staff is amazing. They tend to her every need. It’s a relief knowing I have nothing to worry about when it comes to mom’s wellbeing.
