I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible staff at Highland Court Memory Care.<br>The love, compassion, and dignity my mom received during her 10 months in your care was more than I could have ever hoped for. You didn’t just care for her—you cared for our entire family during one of the hardest times of our lives.<br>In the days leading up to her passing, the small, thoughtful gestures meant everything. Setting up a snack, coffee, and water station in our room so we could stay close without worrying about anything else… making sure it was always replenished… those moments did not go unnoticed.<br>You also made the decision to move her roommate, giving our family privacy and even an extra bed so we could be with her comfortably, while also protecting her roommate from what could have been a difficult experience. That level of awareness and compassion speaks volumes about who you are.<br>The facility itself is beautiful and always clean—something every visitor commented on—but what truly sets Highland Court apart is the people.<br>I don’t think I will ever be able to fully express how much your care for my mom—and for us—means to our family. We are forever grateful.<br>Thank you for everything. ❤️
