High Plains Crossing is a top-tier memory care! The management here truly cares about their residents and families, and I would not hesitate to have a loved one live here. The staff is attentive and most importantly trained to work in memory care. I highly recommend you tour this facility if you have a loved one needing a higher level of care.

High Plains is a beautiful community, and the team is great! They always have lots of fun events, and they have great technology for fall detection in apartments.

good care givers and they should be treated better . Looks can be deceiving and unsafe for workers and residents I’ve witnessed multiple times when I came in

Mom has been here 5 days so far and couldn't be happier. It was a big change for her having lived with me and my wife the last 2 years. The staff here has been top notch. I honestly can't say enough good things about all the nurses that provide care at this facility! I stayed today and watched how they handle the residents at lunch and was super impressed. They CARE about each and every resident. Having Bloom Medical as a PCP is a huge plus and Morgan in particular is outstanding with the residents!
