Hidden Valley Center

Hidden Valley Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Oak Hill, West Virginia, in the heart of the community minutes off Route 19. The center has served the area for more than 30 years and offers short-stay care and rehabilitation as well as long-term care, with a specialized Memory Support Unit called Mary's Garden.

The facility provides Physical, Speech, Occupational, and Respiratory Therapy services. Specialized programs include orthopedic rehabilitation for joint replacement, injuries, and amputation. The center's dementia care education is recognized by the Alzheimer's Association for incorporating evidence-based Dementia Care Practice Recommendations in areas including person-centered care, assessment and care planning, and communication strategies.

All rooms are equipped with telephone service, Direct TV, and free wireless internet. The community features restaurant-style dining prepared by the chef and kitchen team, comfortable common and lounge areas for gathering with friends and family, and a full range of activity programs offered seven days a week.

Hidden Valley Center is located near the New River Gorge Bridge and regional recreational opportunities. The facility earned the 2024 AHCA/NCAL Bronze National Quality Award in recognition of its care standards.
