Under new management. When they purchased facility they knew about independent living residents. Nothing is being offered for the price increase. Now most of the Seniors have to find affordable housing which is extremely difficult 😑 5 months in...Notice began January 1, 2026 without reason. They want us out?

DO NOT put your loved one in this facility! My Aunt is searching for a new apartment facility as this place has not maintained adequate cooling and heating for her on the independent living side. It’s been over a year and she has contacted management and maintenance many times for assistance and nothing has been resolved!! They deserve NO stars, but Google made me select 1. To continue to treat an elderly in that manner is pure neglect!!

Now look, I spent approx 3 hours in the facility just tonight. I spent another several hours in the facility a couple months ago. Here's what I experienced, I saw a very quiet facility where residents appeared happy, clean, fed. Many residents were socializing after dinner with friends. Nurses were smiling and very hospitable. I saw a young man with a spray bottle of glass cleaner and towels walking towards me, he smiled asked me how I was doing like he genuinely cared, he was wondering all the glass he could find and then would step back and view whatever he cleaned from a different view making sure it wasn't streaked. Who does that? That's quality workmanship! For those families who have loved ones there , from what I saw you've done good entrusting them with their care. Keep up the good work.

This facility is horrible do not bring your family member here, they have mold, water leaks, they Do not feed the residents proper meals, my sister always had to bring my dad something to eat, one night they gave him salad and bread. They neglect residents, my dad was on a hall with mold they moved all the residents but him, and he was left on that hall for weeks until my sister took him out of there. Not a good place at all
