DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE !!!!! YALL REALLY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! THE ATROCITIES BEING DISPLAYED IN THIS FACILITY ARE REPREHENSIBLE! I WAS DELIVERING DOORDASH TO A RESIDENT WHO WAS LAYING IN HER OWN URINE AND FECES AND PAST DOOR DASH ORDERS THAT HAD SEEMINGLY BEEN THERE FOR WEEKS !!!! THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS CRUEL AND EVIL LAUGHING AT THE FACT THAT SHE LEFT A RESIDENT NEGLECTED IN A PILE OF THEIR OWN EXCREMENT !!! THIS IS INHUMANE AND I AM TRAUMATIZED BECAUSE GRANDMOTHER SHOULD BE GOING THROUGH THIS!!!! AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED EVERYONE SHOULD BE FIRED AND THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!!! IM TELLING THE MAYOR TOMORROW!!!!!!!!

Do not bring your loved ones here. I would give zero stars if I could. My mother was only here for about a year. Came here in good health. A month ago she was taken to ER and they never notified us. She was clearly neglected and I blame them for my mother's death. On top of that, they either stole or threw away her personal belongings while she was in the hospital. Also have tried calling the caseworker Marlon several times for weeks. Very hard to get a hold of. And I don't know what the issue is but he lies. We have asked multiple times to send a referral of another love one of ours to another facility and we have been told several times by the other facility that they still have not received the referral. Whatever you do, stay away from here.

Horrible establishment. Can’t believe they haven’t been shut down honestly! Rodent’s everywhere in the places where the residents eat and sleep. Random medications laying around on the floor. My mom fell multiple times hit her head one of the times with bruises everywhere and was not taken to the hospital to be checked out for a head injury. They didn’t help her eat as a result causing her to lose 50lbs being there. There are a few nurses who were sweet and helpful but that doesn’t make up for the damage done. The social workers there are of no help whatsoever and isn’t that what they are there to do is help people??? Warning DO NOT bring your loved ones here!!! It’s a sad excuse for a place that is supposed to be there for the elderly, disabled and vulnerable people. It’s disgraceful!!!

I have a friend staying here who needs help. She is not receiving the care she needs. I called to speak to a patient advocate and they do not have one. I asked for a social worker and I was told the social worker would be on site in four days. I was told to call back then. Her foot is extremely swollen and not being wrapped or elevated and she is being made to stand on it in order to get her smoke break. This doesn’t seem right but no one can visit now with Covid 19. Who is checking in on our loved ones. These facilities are way understaffed and loved ones are not receiving adequate care.
