The care team is professional, attentive, and truly kind-hearted. They always communicate with us about her health, medication, and any concerns. The facility is spotlessly clean, and her room feels more like an apartment.

I can't speak for others, but what I know is that my mother has been there since July of 2020 and loves it there. The staff is caring and hard working. They take a personal interest in the well being of every resident. The administrator Carolyne is the absolute best I've ever seen. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and corrects any problems immediately. Can't imagine a better place for the money.

My family did not have a great experience at the Hidden Gem. We were recommended by a woman name Tracey ,Who we contacted for help with my mother. She had suffered a broken hip at her last assisted living and we were not happy with her care. The gem came and evaluated my mother and excepted her. We moved her in and within a week they had sent her to the hospital, thinking that she had a UTI. She did not. The hospital called us and wanted her back at her assisted-living. The hidden gem said to us on the phone that they made a mistake in taking her. They couldn’t handle her dementia. Basically dumped her off… 8 days in a hospital. We as a family took her Dr advice and found a new facility. We then asked for some of our money back from Gem. After all, it was only seven days she stayed. THEY REFUSED TO Reimburse US ANY FUNDS . They are basically thieves… Shame on them for ripping families off.
