The staff at Hickory Creek have always been good with handling all of my concerns in a timely fashion, no matter the area of questions regarding billing, Mom’s progress, activities, or just general care. The staff that have been there the longest show a genuine care for my Mom. I believe their care reflects in my Moms overall happiness. I’m impressed with how they all work as a team to get this very demanding job done.

My Mom has been at Hickory Creek for over a year now. All the staff has been excellent in their communication with me, their care for my Mom and their friendliness with me and my family. They all work together to do a good job in all aspects of the nursing home. I am thankful my Mom is happy there as it relieves me of any worry of her well being. I would like to thank the whole staff for a job well done!
