Hibbard has given my mom the best care that anyone could possibly ask for they have been very forthright with information to keep us updated, so that we know exactly what is going on with all aspects regarding her care, her medication, the billing portion and understanding how their care works. They have been very helpful in answering any and all questions. Jenny is the captain of the ship at the front and she truly makes sure that the concerns are questions are heard and answered and if she doesn't know, then she will get you to the person that you need to get to. Hibbard is a very well-oiled machine due to all of the parts that work together and how nice and courteous the staff are, it truly is a beast of a machine that is operating to care for the elderly in the most appropriate way possible by helping them have full fledged, living lives despite their inability to be able to leave the facility and return home to their families. I can't begin to explain how much I appreciate every single person that works there and who has helped us learn the process and understand how everything works. The care that my mother has received has been absolutely wonderful. She has really enjoyed talking with the people that take care of her and just being treated like a normal person, especially in a world where there isn't much normalcy for her. I would highly recommend Hibbard if there were anyone who were looking for care for elderly that is, in a loving and nurturing place.

I’ve been here for nearly 2 months waiting for my femur to heal. The PT / OT and the CNA’s are great. The issue I’m having is with one of the head nurse’s Cheryl. This is the second time I’ve had problems with her and it all stems from me standing up for myself and not letting her disrespect me. Once you do stand up for yourself, she’ll start holding certain things back. The things that she’s playing fast and loose with are things my SURGEON suggested I use! These are not things that I myself am asking for. Today she dropped my small cup filled with aspercream on my side table and walked out. She probably thought I should be grateful considering I’m suppose to get this 4 x a day and yesterday I had only received it once from the morning nurse! Now she knows I’m unable to stand on my leg, and yes my hands work but I just can’t get up and wash my hands or whatever! So I had to bother a CNA to get me a glove so I could apply it myself. This is what I’m having to deal with. It’s really not a great feeling when you are unable to do for yourself and having to deal with that type of person. So if you’re thinking about this place for your loved ones, please know all the facts.

My mom pictured below with the injuries to her face and brain died October 17, 2024 after a serious injury (she fell) on October 12, 2024. Their response to the whole situation was very cold. They thought it was ok to have just 1 cna on at night. They also blamed my mother, saying she has a habit of getting out of bed. She had advanced dimenia. Again giving 1 star so it will post. Please don't take your loved ones to this faciltiy. The nursing home took down my previous post, so posting again. They don't want people to know the truth about this place.

This place is neglectful to patients,short staffed,and makes excuses and blames patients when they get extremely hurt including broken bones on their watch. CNA'S ARE ON CELL PHONES MOST OF TIME.Or are in a corner complaining about their pay and talking personal stuff. LoriAnnHartford

The CNAs are wonderful and experienced. The building is filled with love. Not everyone has had a good experience but I will continue to praise the hard work and unwavering dedication of house staff there.
