Heritage Woods of Moline

Heritage Woods of Moline is an assisted lifestyle community in Moline, Iowa, serving adults 65 and older who need help maintaining their independence. Opened in April 2008, the community is designed to provide a residential alternative to nursing home care or living alone, with residents living in their own private apartments featuring home-like qualities, mini-blinds, and ample closet space.

The community offers personal assistance and medication management, with certified staff on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support services include three daily meals, housekeeping, and laundry. Residents can receive help with activities they may no longer be able to do safely on their own, with an emphasis on maintaining health, wellness, dignity, and independence.

Heritage Woods of Moline fosters an active community atmosphere where residents enjoy companionship with friends and neighbors and participate in social and recreational activities. The community was awarded the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living 2023 Bronze Quality Award, recognizing providers that have developed a foundation and begun a continuous journey of quality improvement.

Located in Rock Island County in the Quad Cities region near Bettendorf, Davenport, East Moline, and Rock Island, the community provides a range of floor plans to accommodate varying needs. Financial assistance programs are available for those who qualify, including the Supportive Living Program for seniors 65 or older on Medicaid who receive minimum Social Security income.
