While visiting the Heritage House, I felt welcomed and more importantly the client whom I visited was clean, happy and extremely satisfied with his treatment. If there was ever a need of the service provided there, I wouldn’t hesitate taking advantage of this facility. As a matter of fact, I had the opportunity to serve as hood sitter for a couple of nights and my assessment of the Hertiage House never changed.

Very nice facility. Great staff from Nursing Mngt to nurses, CNAs and housekeeping. Staff upbeat and so very kind to patients. Lots of activities to take part in. No odor to facility and linen carts never empty. (Can you tell I’ve worked at a nursing home before?) Food could be a little better but when asked they strive to help. (My sister needed Ensure/Boost drinks to up calories). We will use again and recommend this facility to others.

Our favorite aunt is a resident here. We all talked about how friendly they are and advised us to go into the lounge area to be comfortable. It was very nice to be with our aunt and watch TV during her later years. We all noticed how great her skin looked, speech and excitement to do an activity. Great work! We only see her once a year
