Veneicia was incredibly knowledgeable about my Auntie. She helped my Uncle to navigate what was needed for her. Very grateful for her advice and wisdom that she shared, putting my uncle at ease. Exceptional Nurse‼️‼️‼️ Thank you again for caring for my Auntie 🌷

My father recently admitted there in December 2025 and I am very pleased with staff. My wife and I were skeptical at first when arriving to facility. Sat in room for 30 minutes before staff arrived to check on him. Very tall young woman introduced herself and apologized after we explained no one had been in yet to check on him. She had a list of questions for us about my father’s past. I asked her to go over the medications my father was prescribed from hospital and she was kind enough to print a list and explain each one. It was nice she didn’t rush out of room, seemed very passionate about job. My father is still receiving quality care and will be home soon.

If i can give them 0 stars i would. They allowed my aunt to fall completely out of the bed on the floor during changing time, and the one person that was in there literally left her there until the emt came. And it took 5 of EMT to get her off the damn floor. She has a knot the size of a golf ball on her head and face and fractured her spine. im trying to figure out why there was only one person in there changing her in the first place. Don't worry, they will be hearing from our lawyer IMMEDIATELY!!!!

My mother is in this facility for convenience as it's near my home. We decided to go into this facility under prior ownership. The property was sold last year. I have meet and had a discussion with the new owner, Souheil He seems to be a very nice gentleman and hears what you have to say. On the other hand, the new facility General Manager is a different story. She is full of lies and deception. She is not approachable never available and does not return phone calls. Under the prior owners they wanted the residence to feel as if they were home. The only thing they could not have was hot plates and coffee makers. I put a refrigerator it her room. Under this new management, Kelly, the general manager stated it must be removed due to DHEC regulations. She had people call me regular demanding it be removed. After a conversation with DHEC this is a LIE. After my conversation with Souheil he explained it was not DHEC but management that decided. Now I wonder what other LIES have been told. I have not seen a statement since October 2024 and I have asked they are working on it. Since October 2024 no financial statement, this is the new management "KELLY"............

I had a beloved friend stay there recently for rehab after a prolonged hospital stay left her very weak. She asked to see the social worker on a Monday afternoon, and a week and a half later she still had not made an appearance. One of the night staff workers actually took away her call button and moved it to where she couldn't get to it, and moved her phone away as well, and left and shut the door. The most concerning thing was that the bed had no side rails, and the staff told her they had none, that it would be extra for her to have them, and that they would have to be ordered and they had no way of knowing when they would come in. I am so glad she was transferred out of there back to the hospital, (for severe dehydration) and will be at a good facility once she leaves the hospital.
