I had a truly wonderful experience with this nursing home. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff are not only professional but genuinely compassionate—they take the time to get to know each resident and treat them with dignity and respect. The facility itself is always spotless, and you can tell there is a strong attention to detail when it comes to both cleanliness and comfort. The residents appear happy, engaged, and well cared for, which speaks volumes about the level of care being provided. What stood out the most to me was the communication. The team keeps families informed and involved, which brings a great sense of peace and trust. It’s clear that this is more than just a job for them—they truly care about the people they serve. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive place for their loved one.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this nursing home. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cared for. They treat residents with kindness, patience, and respect every single day. The facility is clean, organized, and truly feels like a home rather than an institution.

BE AWARE! The WORST I've ever seen. BIG RED FLAG #1: They will NOT allow a FAMILY MEMBER NOR CARE GIVER TO SIT WITH THE PATIENT OVER NIGHT. WE WERE TOLD BY THE ADMIT LADY THAT THERE WERE NO SET VISITATION HOURS AND YOU CAN COME IN TO SEE YOUR LOVED ONE AT ANYTIME WHEN YOU RING THE BELL, THEY WILL LET YOU IN . IT WAS DECEPTIVE since IF IT IS BETWEEN 10:30 and 6AM THEY WILL Consistantly INSIST THAT YOU MUST LEAVE starting as soon as they open the door for you but most of the time they will just ignore the door bell and never come to the door no matter how many times you ring it. THEY START PRESSURING YOU TO LEAVE INITIALLY AT AROUND 10:00pm AND IF YOU NEED TO COME IN FOR SOMETHING AFTER THAT, THEY WILL REPEATEDLY TELL YOU YOU HAVE TO LEAVE AND COME BACK AT 6AM, UNTIL YOU DO LEAVE, THEN THE NURSE WILL GO TO THE FRONT DOOR TO MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE. THE NURSE IS NOT OPEN TO A FAMILY MEMBER HELPING THE PATIENT, AND WILL KÈEP SAYING THAT IS WHAT WE'RE HERE FOR , LET US DO IT , BUT THEY DON'T COME FOR usually 30 to 45 OR MORE MINUTES WHEN THE PATIENT NEEDS HELP NOW. ALSO Don't be fooled-The pictures of the rooms are VERY DECEPTIVE. They actually put 2 patients per one tiny room with a shared TV and shared bathroom without a shower that opens for two rooms. The admit staff is sweeter than honey, but dont be fooled because not everyone else is. The call buttons are seemingly being ignored, My loved one, after pressing the call button with no response, shouted for help for 30 minutes with still no responce from staff, before a family member finally intervened, and alerted the staff and they came.

The staff is very humble and alerting. They let us know any and everything about what's going on with our love one. They do weekly updates. Our family appreciate them so much especially during this difficult time dealing with COVID-19. They strive to keep our love one safe. Thank you ❤️
