I have lived in Heritage Estates for over 2 years. I love it here! The office team and maintenance team are top notch! The building is well maintained and any problems that have turned up in the apartment are handled quickly. A really nice community to live in .. highly recommended!

I enjoy living in Heritage Estates. The management staff is very professional and enjoyable to interact with. The maintenance crew is wonderful, professional, respond quickly to maintenance requests, and the work they do is excellent.

I gave you two stars to be nice. I have lived here for 12 years and over the last couple of years things have been going down hill. I called about loud TV in the apartment next door and all I got was the woman in the office defended them and the solution for me not to use my living room anymore. You need to get someone in the office that cares about ALL the residents.

I understand that in Building A the intercom system from the lobby is not working to be able to call up to an apartment to be buzzed in. The system has not worked for approximately a year! My niece called the office and was given the run around about whose responsibility it is to fix the problem. My sister just got out of the hospital and needs home physical therapy. How is the person going to get into the building without a working intercom systems? When my elderly mother lived there 20 years ago the system not only worked but if you had your TV on, you could see the visitor from the lobby. I would like an e-mail response as I understand this building is operated by by Clinton Twp.

I tried for almost 2 years. Was denied and was not given a satisfactory answer. It wasn't until I applied at another Senior facility that I was told. Turns out it was completely false and I was accept and now living in my new apt. Had they explained in the first place, this could of been resolved and I would be living there. Not everything on a credit report is fact, true or nearly true. The place I am in understood that and took the time to let me remove an error.
